This PCIe interface card adds four serial RS-232 ports to your PC. It complies with the PCI Express base specification 1.1 and uses an x1 lane. The 256-byte FIFO buffers per port support sustained transfer up to 230.4 kb/s and facilitate reliable connection of serial peripherals.
Especially in professional IT environments, on-site installations, and service deployments, the card facilitates continued operation of existing measuring instruments, POS systems, terminals, modems, or PLCs within existing infrastructures of companies and public institutions.
