This internal power Y-cable splits an existing 5.25 inch 4-pin connector and in parallel powers a 5.25 inch drive (HDD/DVD) and a 3.5 inch drive (FDD). It enables clean power distribution in the PC case when additional devices are added, without requiring an additional power supply cable.
