The InLine® USB to Serial Adapter Cable Premium enables the connection of RS-232 serial devices to modern systems via a USB port. The adapter is suitable for connecting modems, ISDN systems or other hardware with a 9-pin Sub-D interface. The integrated Prolific PL2303GT chipset enables stable conversion between USB and serial communication.
The compact design facilitates use in service environments, at workstations or in mobile applications. The integrated ferrite core supports low-interference signal transmission. Installation is simple via USB and supports numerous Windows and Mac OS versions.
The adapter requires no additional serial interface on the system and is suitable for extending existing USB ports with a classic COM interface.
